Jumpstart Academy Africa to Closes Operations
After more than a decade of transforming education and leadership, Jumpstart Academy Africa will close all current programs and operations — including its flagship Scholar Program (Adopt-a-School) and Learning Center in Cameroon — by November 1, 2025.
Since its founding in 2014, Jumpstart Academy Africa has been at the forefront of reimagining education across the continent. Established in Cameroon with a bold mission to equip young Africans with the skills, values, and mindset to lead change, the organization has spent over ten years bridging the gap between learning and employment. Through leadership training, entrepreneurship development, and workforce readiness programs, thousands of young people have gained the confidence and capacity to create opportunities and thrive in an ever-changing world.
From establishing entrepreneurial leadership clubs in schools across Cameroon, STEM-based invention education and computer science programs to leadership and innovation labs, Jumpstart Academy Africa has cultivated problem-solving, creativity, and digital skills essential for Africa’s growth.
