Jumpstart Academy Africa is a youth-focused non-profit organization based in Cameroon, committed to ensuring inclusive and equitable education. We bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping youth with entrepreneurial, leadership, and employability skills, empowering them to break barriers, create opportunities, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Our Mission
We are on a bold mission to train over 15,000 entrepreneurial leaders by 2050—young changemakers equipped with the skills, mindset, and confidence to shape the future. Through hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and purposeful career guidance, we empower youth to unlock their potential, spark innovation, and lead transformative change. Whether in their communities, industries, or on the global stage, we believe in their power to turn ideas into action and challenges into opportunities.
